The High Speed Gear® ReFlex™ IFAK System is a two-piece individual first aid kit — med roll and carrier — developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. Built around the medical supplies in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK, the ReFlex™ delivers rapid, ambidextrous access to organized trauma supplies when it matters most.
The carrier and med roll can be purchased together or separately, giving you flexibility to replace or upgrade individual components.
