1. Order Acceptance & Processing
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once an order enters fulfillment with our authorized
third-party logistics provider (3PL), it cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse
or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Free Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100 (USD). Applies to continental U.S.
only and excludes freight, oversized, bulk, restricted items, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and
certain P.O. Boxes. Quantity Kings reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Shipping speeds reflect carrier transit time only and do not include processing time. Delivery dates
are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier issues,
or operational disruptions.

4. Fulfillment & Multiple Shipments
Orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations and may arrive separately. Partial shipments
do not constitute incomplete fulfillment.

5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer (FOB Shipping Point)
All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once
released to the carrier. Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes completed fulfillment.

6. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to
incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Signature Confirmation
Quantity Kings reserves the right to require signature confirmation for high-value, bulk, or
compliance-sensitive orders.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered, customers must contact the carrier first. Claims must be submitted
within 5 business days. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed once delivery is confirmed.

9. Damaged Shipments
Damage claims must be reported within 5 days with photos of packaging and product damage.
Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement.

10. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
All orders are screened for fraud. High-risk transactions may require verification. Initiating a
chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions and submission of delivery
documentation to payment processors.

11. Compliance & Restricted Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right
to cancel restricted orders.

12. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect,
consequential, or carrier-related damages.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters,
carrier disruptions, or government actions.

14. Governing Law & Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in New York. Customers waive rights to jury trials and class action participation.
